Rushed last bookThis book was pretty short。 That’s not necessarily bad except that it read like a novella。 Everything seemed rushed。 The heroine found out she was immortal， decided she loved the hero， became a goddess， then lost her immortality within a space of 100 pages。 So much of the plot and climax could have been further developed。 It was a pretty disappointing end to the series。

Love it All of the books are amazing， but the last Starlight & Darkness and this one it would be great to read more about the friends/other characters。 All the others seem to continue to connect to each others making for a wonderful world to get lost in reading。 Still can’t wait for more stories。 Maybe even with marriages and children。

Never been to New Orleans but this serie made me feel part of the city， of people’s joy and lightness， being the city an important character of this serie， being the central figure where all the actions happen。 Besides it， the writer gifted us with an enchanting journey through Turkey and the challenges along Cora’s destination。 A great ending to a marvelous story。

All’s well that ends wellThis was a wonderful conclusion to the Secrets and Sins series。 I loved Cora and Talen and was happy they got the ending they deserved。 The New Orleans setting was a character of its own。 I loved how the citizens all pulled together， and Cora’s friends came through for her。 She and Talen worked together， and once again， the good guys come out ahead。 Good ending to a good series。
